Attention all young Adventurers rising 3rd-6th grader! Join us for an exciting summer at Adventure Camp, where each day is packed with diverse activities, including water games, sports, and arts and crafts. Morning rotations lead to lunchtime, followed by a short walk to Hinkley Pond for an unforgettable afternoon. Just like Discovery Camp, we offer Theme Days and the highly anticipated Fun Fridays! Every Wednesday, we gear up for thrilling field trips to different locations; adding extra excitement to your week. Daily activities will be held at the Dale St. gymnasium, courts and fields.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP
Campers should bring a full water bottle, snack, lunch, sunscreen (applied prior to arriving at camp in the morning,then re-applied prior to going to the pond), bathing suit (worn to camp), and towel.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Pay in full on the day of registration.
2. Pay 50% on the day of registration and pay the remainder by May 15th, 2026.
After May 15th, Participants with a balance will be removed from their registered week unless prior payment arrangements have been made with Katie Walper, kwalper@medfield.net.

BOARD OF HEALTH
Board of Health regulations require each child to have an up-to-date health form on file. The form requires a current immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency.
CAMPDOCS
- All health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.CampDoc.com.
- You will receive an email from CampDoc once your child's profile is ready to setup around the first week of April.
- You will only need to complete the CampDocs form once. (should take about 15 minutes)
- Upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site.
- Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical.
WE CANNOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN WITH INCOMPLETE HEALTH PROFILES!
This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public health and is licensed by the Medfield Board of Health.
Financial Aid/Summer Refund Policies
Medfield Parks and Recreation Department – SUMMER CAMP Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS for summer camp, unless Medfield Parks and Recreation can fill your spot-
1. Refund request form must be filled out (Link found in description above).
2. If there is a waitlist available for the week you are requesting, Medfield Parks and Recreation will facilitate this request internally to the best of their ability.
3. Medfield Parks and Recreation will notify you if your spot has been filled; you will receive an 80% refund. (the earlier you notify Medfield Parks and Recreation, the better chance we have of filling the spot).
We are asking families to only register for week's they ABSOLUTELY need!
Vendors Camps:
Withdraw 3 weeks before program starts: 80% Refund
Withdraw less than 3 weeks: No refund unless spot can be filled
