Learn the basics of field hockey! All skill levels are welcome.
We will explore the basic rules of the game, proper grips & posture, ball and stick control, tackling, receiving/trapping, passing and go through fun drills. Depending on class size, we will try to get some game action in as well!
Class will be led by coach Lynne Malmquist, Mikayla Malmquist - Medfield High School Varsity Alumni and current Framingham State University player.
* Please Note - Field hockey stick, mouth guard and shin guards are required, goggles are optional *
