Join us this summer for tons of challenging chess lessons, exciting games, and fabulous prizes. You'll improve your chess skills, meet new friends, and work out your most powerful muscle - your brain! We include all the materials necessary for your child to participate; however, full-day kids should bring their own lunch. Unleash your brain power and spend part of your vacation with Chess Wizards!
***Please note that running this program is subject to meeting the minimum numbers***
BOARD OF HEALTH
- Board of Health regulations require each child to have an up-to-date health form on file. The form requires a current immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency.
CAMPDOCS
- All health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.CampDoc.com.
- You will receive an email from CampDoc once your child's profile is ready to setup around the first week of April.
- You will only need to complete the CampDocs form once. (should take about 15 minutes)
- Upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site.
- Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical.
WE CANNOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN WITH INCOMPLETE HEALTH PROFILES!
This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public health and is licensed by the Medfield Board of Health.

Withdraw less than 3 weeks: No refund unless spot can be filled
