During this slow flow yoga you will begin with a guided and inspirational theme to center and welcome you to your mat. We will continue with a warm-up, and move through a gentle flow to build strength, improve flexibility and release tension from your body. Ending class with a longer savasana to still the body and quiet the mind. This class is for all levels, offering modifications.
Paula Cleary is a registered 200-hour yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. Trained in the practices of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, she also teaches regularly at Medfield Yoga Studio. Paula is a practicing Stress Resilience + Wellbeing Coach and Energy Healer, who loves to weave her unique skills into each class to enhance the stress-reducing and healing benefits of a yoga practice. She is a long-time Medfield resident, having raised her two children here in our community. Paula loves to spend time with her family and her two Westie dogs, enjoys reading and is happiest when near the ocean.
