Slow Flow Yoga with Paula

This one-hour Slow-Flow Yoga class is perfect for all experience levels. This gentle and calming class focuses on slow, deliberate movements, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation. You'll start with a warm-up to awaken the body, transition through a sequence of standing and balancing postures to build strength and flexibility and end with a soothing cool-down and restorative Savasana. Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in a supportive and serene environment.
 
Paula Cleary is a registered 200-hour yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. Trained in the practices of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, she also teaches regularly at Medfield Yoga Studio.  Paula is a practicing Stress Resilience + Wellbeing Coach and Energy Healer, who loves to weave her unique skills into each class to enhance the stress-reducing and healing benefits of a yoga practice.  She is a long-time Medfield resident, having raised her two children here in our community. Paula loves to spend time with her family and her two Westie dogs, enjoys reading and is happiest when near the ocean.
