

Children attending Teen Extreme Camp will take part in Field Trips which are scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week as well as swim activities at Hinkley Swim Pond when we are not on a field trip. This will include free swim time, games and activities, as well as special theme activities. Campers should bring a bathing suit to camp with them every day. Teen Extreme will be held from June 29th to August 14th and is available for all older campers entering 6th grade up to entering 9th grade!
Camp Hours: 9am-4 pm
- Please be flexible as some times we anticipate possible traffic on our return from field trips.
Drop Off/ Pick Up:
- Please drop off at Blake Middle School, and Pick Up at Hinkley Pond.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP
Campers should bring a full water bottle, snack, lunch, sunscreen (applied prior to arriving at camp in the morning,then re-applied prior to going to the pond), bathing suit, and towel.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Pay in full on the day of registration.
2. Pay 50% on the day of registration and pay the remainder by May 15th, 2026.
After May 15th, Participants with a balance will be removed from their registered week unless prior payment arrangements have been made with Katie Walper, kwalper@medfield.net.

BOARD OF HEALTH
Board of Health regulations require each child to have an up-to-date health form on file. The form requires a current immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency.
CAMPDOCS
- All health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.CampDoc.com.
- You will receive an email from CampDoc once your child's profile is ready to setup around the first week of April.
- You will only need to complete the CampDocs form once. (should take about 15 minutes)
- Upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site.
- Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical.
WE CANNOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN WITH INCOMPLETE HEALTH PROFILES!
This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public health and is licensed by the Medfield Board of Health.
