In Masterpiece Makers, students explore the world of art by creating hands-on projects inspired by famous artists from across history. Each week introduces a new artist and style, giving kids a chance to experiment, take creative risks, and develop their own artistic voice. Projects are designed to be fun, accessible, and age-appropriate, helping young artists build confidence and appreciation for art while bringing home a gallery of original work inspired by the masters.

BOARD OF HEALTH
- Board of Health regulations require each child to have an up-to-date health form on file. The form requires a current immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency.
CAMPDOCS
- All health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.CampDoc.com.
- You will receive an email from CampDoc once your child's profile is ready to setup around the first week of April.
- You will only need to complete the CampDocs form once. (should take about 15 minutes)
- Upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site.
- Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical.
WE CANNOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN WITH INCOMPLETE HEALTH PROFILES!
This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public health and is licensed by the Medfield Board of Health.
