Beginner Golf - PK - K Beginner Golf (Monday) Skyhawks Beginning Golf is powered by Payne Stewart Golf Experiences, the recommended entry-level golf program for PGA Junior Golf Camps. The unique, games-based play program and modified learning equipment make it easier for kids to hit the ball and experience early success. Putting, chipping, pitching and full swing, are all taught through games, simple repetitive motions and learning rhymes that make it easy for young kids to remember and repeat. Specially designed, age-appropriate golf equipment is provided. Participants should bring multiple water bottles, two snacks, sunscreen and wear appropriate athletic attire. Every child receives an award certificate and Skyhawks t-shirt.All equipment included. Please only come with sneakers and a water bottle. NO CLUBS!

Intro to Tumbling - Intro to Tumbling This class offers a unique twist for your beginning gymnast. Using age-appropriate equipment and fun techniques, your child will gain creative and rhythmic movement as well as flexibility, gross motor skills, and gymnastics fundamentals. Exploring equipment such as beams, cylinders, high bar, humps, springboard, and wedges, your child will learn, progress and have fun…for the love of play!We ask that one parent/guardian remains with the child during the class.

T-Ball Class (4 - 5 year olds!) - Pre-K T-Ball
Classes will focus on the progression of T-ball skills and game play through fun and engaging drills with the instructor. Kids will start with tee stands and progress to underhand pitching in addition to practicing fielding skills. From understanding the basic rules and batting techniques to knowing when/how to run the bases and "play the field", kids will gain the essence of the sport and have fun while playing practice games.

Field Hockey Skills & Drills - Field Hockey Skills & Drills (K-1) Tuesday's NEW Learn the basics of field hockey! All skill levels are welcome. We will explore the basic rules of the game, proper grips & posture, ball and stick control, tackling, receiving/trapping, passing and go through fun drills. Depending on class size, we will try to get some game action in as well!Class will be led by coach Lynne Malmquist, Mikayla Malmquist - Medfield High School Varsity Alumni and current Framingham State University player.
