CONTACT kryder@medfield.net IF INTERESTED!DISCOVERY HALF DAY CAMP 2022 (Note: The price reflected here, $50, represents the DEPOSIT to hold your spot for the specific week. Once we know the final price -- which we don't anticipate to be more than a 10% increase from last year -- the total will be emailed out to everyone hopefully by April. Thanks!)Campers partake in a daily activity rotation offering sports, art, music, drama, science & nature, group games and special all-camp events. Camp activities will be held at the Pfaff Center and the Dale Street School’s fields and courts. Discovery Camp returns an excited and experienced group of staff and counselors dedicated to providing your camper a spectacular summer.  Campers are grouped according to their age and grade, regardless if they are enrolled in the half or full day camp.  Board of Health regulations requires each child to have an up-to-date health form on file. The form requires a current immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency. All health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.CampDoc.com. You will receive an email from CampDoc once your child's profile is ready to setup. You will only need to complete the form once (should take about 5 minutes) and upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site. Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical. WE CANNOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN WITH INCOMPLETE HEALTH PROFILES!Kids will need the following on a daily basis: full water bottle, snack, lunch and sunscreen. Proof of residency is required to participate on the swim team. Additionally, this is a swim team and participants do need to know how to swim. This is not a learn to swim program.(If between ages 5-7, please contact Kevin at kryder@medfield.net)Please note: All swimmers on the Marlins must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted (no kick board or lifeguard assistance). There will be a swim team orientation at the beginning of the season - date TBD @ Hinkley.
